RE: What is the SCPI command to get the time data of the maximum value?
Hi Gou,
I believe the best way to do this would be to transfer the waveform data with acurve?
query and then process the data to find the highest point. -
RE: ISO 1740A Fuse housing part
You can either call: 1-800-833-9200 opt 1.
Or send an email to: buy@tektronix.com
(Do note that it's very possible we no longer have these parts in stock, you'll be informed of whether there's stock or not once you ask for a quote) -
RE: ISO 1740A Fuse housing part
Hi Tim,
From those pictures + the manual, I think the main body of the fuse holder is 204090600 and the cap is 200226400.
159002100 is the fuse itself, which makes little sense to order from us. -
RE: AFG1022
Correct, their amplitude is independent. -
RE: PT1000 probe tip part number
Hi Daniel,
That's what we call a 9 digit part number. The last two digits (xx) simply denote backwards compatible revisions to the part.
The fact that it ends in xx means that any revision should work, just send an email to buy@tek.com and they should be able to get a quote for you. -
RE: Trigger pulse width command not work
Hi YJKoay,
It should betrig:A:pulse...
instead oftrig:main:pulse

RE: TDS694C works fine but just down to 20ns/DIV, signal distorted from 10ns/DIV and below
Hi Christian,
The trigger on those scopes is analog, so it's not obvious at all to me that it should fail when the sampling system fails.
I would suggest trying to use all 4 channels at 20 ns/div. I suspect one of the ADCs has failed (and it only shows up at fast sweeps because it gets muxed into CH1 for higher sample rate).

RE: TBS1052B-EDU stucks on boot up
Hi Hung,
The scope will have to be sent in for repair, there is no way to reset it from that state. -
RE: AFG1022
Hi Michael,
It's unclear to me what you're asking.
If you're asking about the maximum current output of the AFG1022, then this is implicit in the datasheet.
It says it has a max amplitude of 5 Vpeak into 50 Ohm loads, which implies a max current of 100 mA. For a load with lower impedance, the datasheet isn't clear, but we could assume it is doubled for an ideal 0 Ohm load (due to the fact the AFG1022 has an output impedance of 50 Ohms). -
RE: Tektronix OSC1022i TekPal Digital Storage Oscilloscope
Hi Richard,
That's a prototype that should not have reached the public. There's no public documentation or software for it.
