Hi, we recently got a Keithley 2611B for I-V measurements of an LED devices. However, it is my first time to use a Keithley 2611B. I need entry level tutorials on how to connect the rear panel to my device to run the basic I-V test. For instance, which port on the rear panel should I use? What kind of cables should I use?
